This week’s film guide podcast was a resounding success on many fronts. Most notably, Danny Smith started an anecdote about the time he met Edward Woodward, only to end the anecdote as soon as Simon Carver had lost interest. This level of self awareness is unprecedented in Danny. Also, Simon managed to get all the way through talking about the film Captain Marvel without shrieking (as he did last week when he saw a mouse in the studio).
