On this week’s podcast, Elspeth Jackman chats to Andy Smith. If you listed the different aspects of Andy and what he does, you’d be amazed at his diversity. Here is a man who writes poetry with piercing wit and down to earth humour. He is able to move us almost to tears, or give us a great belly laugh! Andy is also a man who had an accident with a train, and therefore when he gets a teenager to shake his arm, and it comes off, no-one is going to forget him. As a Christian, he has the gift of discernment regarding other people’s secret problems. With his wife Hazel, he is able to help them through the power of the Holy Spirit through the “The Lighthouse Ministry” in Harpenden. So you can’t put Andy Smith in a box. He is a “one off”.
