My guest on One to One is excited. David Pecover is involved in putting a “Rover“ on Mars, a first for Britain. It will take 8 months to get there, and apparently has enough mind of its own to decide which track to take, as he roams the planet. I question whether humans will follow in due course, but apparently it is extremely cold there. But who knows, if climate change brings disaster on our world, maybe a group of people will be able to set up a community of humans in this “red” planet. Dave tells me that the astro scientists working at his Stevenage base, not only have brilliant technical knowledge, but great imagination!
