This week in One to One, Elspeth discovers that movement and dance are not only seen in TV’s “The Greatest Dancer” and “Strictly Come Dancing” but in churches! Justin Watkins leads a St Albans group of people who worship God with their movement. He tells us that this movement starts from within and his motto is….. “emotion is shown through motion”. Most of this movement is unscripted and improvised, but they find that onlookers can be really stirred by what they see. Justin runs local workshops and welcomes anyone to come and try.
