Today Elspeth discovers that face painting is a profession which is growing ever more popular. In her One to One, she talks to Zoe Lowe, who has been a professional face painter for about ten years.
It’s the “wanted extra” for parties and festivals, weddings and fairs, and Zoe relates that she has even has painted “baby bellies” of the mum-to-be.
