Keeping Well in Lockdown & Support Miles For Mills

On this week’s show Dr Richard Pile gives us some pointers on how to stay healthy during this coronavirus pandemic. He also explains that GP surgeries are still open. During our chat, Richard mentions the website https://opensafely.org/ and you can find out more about Living Life Better on their website https://livinglifebetter.uk/

Eddie Mills, brother to the late Oli Mills, and Dan Tansley of Verulam School are raising money for the Teenage Cancer Trust via the Oli Mills Foundation and their Miles For Mills Challenge. Oli sadly died from cancer when he was a teenager. To raise awareness and money for the charity that helps other young people with the disease, Verulam are challenging people to get involved using the year they were founded (1938) as the inspiration. Follow the hashtag #MfMChallenge to see their progress.
