I think in this time when we’ve been coping with Lockdown, we are getting to know who are really our friends. Elspeth has been delving into the definitions of being a friend, and recalls that Jesus talked of the possibility of his followers being friends, and widening that out to all who believe in Him. What would your definition of a friend be? Of course, Elspeth realises that in this age, being a friend of Jesus is not a popular idea, but she focuses a spotlight on the possibility.
